is situated at the rear of the villa in a 50ft x 35ft
sun deck
The 28ft x 14ft heated pool, villa 2 is situated at
the rear of the villa in a 40ft x 24ft sun deck
The gas heated Jacuzzi is also adjacent the pool and
is controlled by 15 minute timer which can be restarted
if required. The pool is protected by a removable
safety fence to stop unsupervised child access to
the pool. There is also a gas barbecue grill. Totally

Vaulted ceiling living room comprises
a lounge suite coffee table, 42 inch LCD TV, Dolby
surround sound Home Cinema and telephone with seating
for 8 people with patio doors leading to the pool
deck.

Kitchen is fully fitted with Refrigerator/freezer,
dishwasher, Oven/stove, microwave, waste disposal
and Ice maker. There is a breakfast bar with seating.

separate Dining room has table and
chairs with seating for 8 people.

table where balls are available for Snooker if required.
